• You have authorization from owners, residents, or tenants to register and manage their information.
• The information entered will be used solely for building management purposes.
• Vecinos does not sell or share personal data with third parties.
• The accuracy and legality of the information are the responsibility of the administrator.
• Vecinos applies security measures to protect the information.
• We may send notifications related to building management and system usage.

About the use of the service:

• The service is free for 1 resident (trial mode).
• Starting from 2 residents, a monthly fee will apply from S/25 + S/6 per additional resident.
• Charges will only be applied when the user decides to expand system usage within the platform.
